I have 4 years of Teaching Experience but Online teaching was new for me and Making a shift from traditional to online teaching was a big challenge to me .When I joined CV initially I faced technical challenges like screen sharing and an interaction with students and parents virtually .
But by passing of each sessions my confidence level start increasing and I feel more confident to interact with students and parents as well. I used to be very friendly and used to keep a good bond with my students by asking their activities and interest levels.
I always make sure that they enjoy the class with learning. I always used to clear their doubts and used to assign the same task in different way so that they will learn more and more and always encourage them to participate in coding challenges and also I update the parent regarding their progress.
